Comfortable and Spacious Baths

The bathroom in our cottage was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay much more enjoyable. I particularly liked that there were plenty of power sockets available for charging devices, and although the shower pressure fluctuated, it was manageable during our short stay.

Serene Canoe Experience

One of the highlights of our stay was the two-hour dugout canoe trip around the beautiful lake islands. The peacefulness of being on the water and the chance to paddle for part of the trip made for a nice adventure! Plus, we saw zebras on one of the islands, which was such a bonus.

I was excited about this resort with its beautiful lakeside location, but my experience fell short. While the grounds were stunning and some staff were friendly, the family cottage lacked comfort and amenities, leaving me disappointed. The dining experience was poor, and the distance to the dining area was troublesome, especially at night. On the positive side, I really enjoyed the dugout canoe trip and appreciated the crafts shop's offerings.
